Defective products must be returned and received before replacements can be shipped. If we have made a mistake in shipping you the wrong cartridges, we will cover all shipping charges up to the priority mail postage rate. If you the customer has ordered the cartridges incorectly we will not cover any additional shipping charges to return the product. Our products are guaranteed to preform as well or better than the original cartridges. Under normal use and storage procedures they have a shelf life of 12 months. Do not refrigerate.
