Q) I am hesitant to give my email address when I place my order. I do not want my address sold.
A) It is for your protection, that we ask for your email address. When your order is processed, you receive your receipt from the credit card company. If there should be any problem concerning your order, you will need the Order # and information from your receipt so that we can trace the problem. We will only use your e-mail address to send you information on new products and specials that we offer. Your address will NEVER be sold by us to anyone, and if you receive an email from us and you wish not to, you may ask us at anytime and we will remove your address.
Q) Are the cartridges the Printer Manufacturers brand.
A) The Epson and Canon compatible cartridges are generic products which are 100% guaranteed to perform as well as or better than the Printer Manufacturer brand.
The Hewlett Packard and Lexmark cartridges are Re-manufactured from original OEM cartridges.
Q) If I use a generic product in my printer, will my machine warranty be any good? They tell me I have to use their product.
A) That is a false statement, and if they use that as a threat, you have every right to proceed with a law suit against them. Would you let GM tell you that you can only use Exxon Gas in your car?
