All products are guaranteed for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We DO NOT recommend storing remanufactured inkjet cartridges longer than 90 days. We guarantee the product to perform as well or better than your printer manufacturers OEM products. If our product should fail, you may return it for a full refund or a replacement of a like kind. Returned products must be in a leak proof zip-lock bag and a box. (No envelopes please).


Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement United States Code Annotated Title 15 Commerce and Trade Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties 15 Section 2302 Act, Subparagraph C, Section 101.
"(c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection be waived by the commission if:
1) The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and
2) the Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU, THE CONSUMER This means that no manufacturer of any printer may arbitrarily cancel or void any warranty expressed on their product because you elected to use a compatible inkjet or re-manufactured laser cartridge. Regardless of what any company sales representative, store clerk or company trained service technician may tell you about the warranty. Quote the Magnuson-Moss Act and most are not even aware of its existence. These individuals are specifically, trained to promote high priced OEM consumable products. What else should they do? Their year-end bonuses depend on it.
For your own peace of mind and printing quality you should however, purchase high quality cartridges and ink products.

How can I know which are good cartridges?
Sometimes it may require purchasing from different suppliers and doing your own evaluations, until you find the right combination of Service/Price/Quality. (Notice that price should not be your single determining factor.)
